I've got to give a huge thanks to Mantis877 for his immensely generous donations to the site's well being. With this kind of support, we'll be able to continue to provide the very best experience possible to all of our members here at Download Castle.

My hat is off to you Mantis, and you have my heartfelt thanks for contributing.

As for where it's all going, thus far I've renewed both the domain itself, as well as the premium features loaded into the backend for yet another year.

This still leaves us with almost $100 left, however, so I will leave it up to the membership as to how this should be used. With the two aforementioned maintenance fees paid, there is nothing left that is pressing in need, so everything else is either future planning or further upgrades. Some possible options include:

Ad removal for all members
Additional server space for forum backups (in the event of data loss or server malfunctions)
An FTP access server
Or we can always just store the extra away for future years maintenance fees

It's up to you guys...tell me what you'd like to see or what you'd like for us to do for you and we will make it happen. We're here for you guys and it's all about the community. Thanks to all for being a part of this and making it something I'm proud to be party to

Odd, don't think I donated that much.
But if the site have the money, I don't think anyone's gonna complain

My vote's in for the FTP access. I will definitely start donating to the site here in the near future.
