Melbourne, May 13 (ANI): When a Taiwanese carpenter bought a porn DVD from a local vendor, he never knew he would see a secretly taped motel footage of his own wife having sex with his friend, whom he would later end up stabbing.

Identified only by his surname Lee, the man discovered the illicit sex on the DVD in 2002, reports the Courier Mail.

Apparently, the sexual acts had been recorded using a hidden camera, and were on a pornographic DVD titled ‘Affairs with Others’ Wives’.

When Lee, who lives in Taoyuan County near Taipei, bought the DVD and saw its content, he divorced his wife.

And his friend, a butcher, fled their village, but was again spotted by Lee in Chungli City in August 2008.

Then, Lee returned with a knife and stabbed his former friend in the thigh.

The butcher sued Lee for causing bodily harm, but despite making efforts, the carpenter could not countersue his unfaithful friend for adultery, because of a five-year statute of limitations.

Prosecutors urged the men to settle the case out of court, but they refused.

And, according to the Liberty Times, Lee was indicted on Tuesday on a charge of causing bodily harm to another person.

Prosecutors were seeking a sentence of less than six months in prison, which can be converted into a fine. (ANI)

Poor guy. I would have done the same thing.
