I just wanted to let everyone know that we'll be updating the forums in a few days. The old phpBB2 system will be being replaced/updated with a newer phpBB3 system for everything. Hopefully this goes down without any major hiccups, but if anyone experiences any issues, please let the staff know as soon as possible.

The update has been accomplished. We're still ironing out some of the bugs and such, but so far I'm definitely liking the new features and functions

Anyone else out there have any comments, concerns, criticisms, etc. concerning the new stuff?

Doesn't look too bad. I like it. I haven't come across any problems per say. Just some things that I liked on the old system is gone.

Anything in particular? The new system is fairly modular and it could just be a simple fix of installing the appropriate mod onto the board.

Don't worry about it. It's just silly little things. I'll get used to the new layout soon.

Just updated the user rank graphic associations as well as incorporating a chatroom/shoutbox onto most pages. Enjoy all.

Edit: I also just dropped some cash on some forum upgrades. I'm going through everything now to see what there is.

Actually there is one thing that annoys me. I'm sure you've noticed the my avatar resizes the user info box.

Lol, you can fix that by resizing the avatar silly

Yeah. But then what about if some one else comes on with a big one like that too?

Well, the only permanent fix to something like that is to change the allowed size for avatars. I set them pretty high so that people could have a bit more flexibility in choosing what they wanted though.

Yeah. Isn't there a way to set the box size?

Not really that I can see. That's why you limit avatar sizes unfortunately.

Well that's silly.

Unfortunate, but I don't have complete access to the server stuff yet.
